This can range from promoting personal care e.g. brushing their teeth or taking a shower, to supporting them participating in activities, such as, football, gardening, cooking etc. Part of my job role is also to confront their challenging behaviour and help them to see why it is not socially acceptable. I am also a key worker to one of the service users, this involves keeping their support plan up together, typing up risk assessments, arranging doctors visits, amending progress of the individual etc.
