(up to 3, 5 t; loading and unloading van using fork lift truck, planning routes for next day and
whole week, dealing with clients issues , resolving raised problems, general warehouse

August 2010 – November 2010: not working due to health issues (pancreatitis), this has no
impact on my current work performance
October 2008 - August 2010: CEVA Logistics Poland, Warsaw, (transport coordinator,
warehouse coordinator) duties; searching for new subcontractors, allocating driver work,
dealing with subcontractors regarding transport rate, our requirements, preparing transport
documents, debriefing drivers, dealing with client regarding their transport requirements,
preparing reports on daily basis, dealing with basic technical issues – reporting problems and
making sure that the issues has been fast and efficiently solved, dealing with company
business clients and responding to their queries, pricing routes, preparing presentations to
new clients and finding transport and warehouse solutions.
Also, I was part of implementation team for new warehousing and transportation contracts in
Czech Republic and Hungary – taking agreements with client and fulfilling client’s
requirements regarding transport needs to and from CEVA warehouse.
February 2005 - October 2008: CEVA Logistics UK, Bristol UK, (transport coordinator on
night shift) duties; dealing with company clients regarding number of bookings and routes
needed for next day/night (road and container), preparing transport documents, dealing with
drivers and their current matters such as accident, breakdowns, delays, shortages etc,
planning routes using TMS, preparing KPI reports (punctuality, shortages, vehicle utilization,
route covering, dealing with infringements and tachographs), delivery by van when required
September 2002 – February 2005: Massey Wilcox, Avonmouth, UK (warehouse
operative and then transport coordinator and van driver (up to 3.5 t) mainly on night shift)
March 2001 - July 2002 Coca - Cola Beverages Warsaw, (customer service advisor then
transport coordinator; dealing with all sorts of issues related to punctual and efficient delivery
to the end customers)
May 2000 – February 2001 Pekao Financial Services Warsaw, (call centre advisor;
answering customers questions, dealing with raised problems in efficient way to ensure
customer is satisfied, monitoring incoming phone calls and reporting KPI)
