Ad.1) The Company produces sanitary device (production of modern laminate shower cabins, motor yachts repairs service). My competence was to prepare technological and constructional documentation aided with CAD system based on AutoCAD programmes.
Ad.2) The Company is a member of National Fuel House. It recycles oil and produces oil and gasoline.
My competence were:
- On the bases on quantity scheme set in by the Trade Manager, my duties were: the implementation of the aims on the production level and maintaining quantity measure according to Technological documentation of the product. I was also directly responsible for 15 production workers of the transship unit, for the functioning of store containers and for the guiding operations steps in obtaining a ready-made product.
- My duty was also rail forwarding and PZ and WZ autotankers.
- The quality of received product has been conducted on the basis of laboratory analysis which I commissioned a research centre connected with fuel industry to prepare; spot check of the product of technological lines has been conducted on the basis of research I had made in the company laboratory.
The technological line consisted of the high-temperature system of contamination separation, oil separators, tranship device and autotankers.
Ad.3) The „ Glas” company belongs to JAAN concern which includes: JAAN distribution net and two manufactures: NordGlass & Glas. As a incoming engineer I went on the three-month training in the main manufacture, NordGlass, and then I was directed to supervise jobs connected with the new manufacture built in Słupsk city. The implementation of my diutes started at the stage of planning of technological line of the target manufacture. I’ve actively taken part in the implementation of the technological structure of the company; I’ve planned the positions of the devices, I’ve installed them, I’ve also managed the recrutation process and training for the technology unit workers I’ve been responsible for. This stage finished in December 2003. In January 2004 the company started the stage of starting off the production line, which was a time of hard work with synchronization of all the machines, establishing and modifying the parameters and creating extent of efficiency and quality of a product. As an Engineer of Production I’ve been directly responsible for technological unit of: cutting glass, polishing glass, painting glass and the inside transport. My competence was direct supervision of the mechanic devices, diagnosis of breakdowns, creation of the technological procedures, streamline of technological processes, modernization of production lines, supervision of workers, improvement of production process. I was responsible for generating of machine codes and streamlining of process are aided with the special automotive CAD programmes.
Ad.4) The „ Amitech Poland” factory in Gdańsk city belongs to Amiantit concern. The Company produces line pipes system, pipe fittings, tanks and wells made of high quality laminates of uniform structures.
My competence were:
- planning and modernization of technological lines of the Fittings Department,
- supervision of the mechanic devices,
- creation of the technological procedures consistent with Flowtite proceedings,
- realizations the schedule of efficiency and quality of a product,
- creating guidelines of MRP systems on Fittings Department,
- supervision of workers,
- improvement of production process .
Ad.5) The „VBW Engineering”, The Company has been active in the air-conditioning devices and technological structures of appliances for customized ventilation of rooms. My competence was direct supervision of two company departments: Production Are and Servicing Network.
My competence was to preparing the MRP systems and to implemented of production department. I’ve been directly responsible for technological unit of: tinplate cutting, bending of sheet metal, devices assembly with equipment installing.
In Service Department My competence was direct organizing servicing network and servicing agreements:
- supervision of workers,
- diagnosis of breakdowns sold products,
- administering of all Servicing Division,
- creation of the technological and administrative procedures,
- realizing mains out-sided projects (VBW Project Manager),
- costs improvement of Servicing Department.
Ad.6) The „Effect Glass”, The producer of insulated windows panels. My competence was direct supervision, organization and oversight of the entire plant production:
- implementation of the sales budget,
- human resource management, 70 employees,
- planning and modernization of technological lines ( main LISEC),
- realizations the schedule of efficiency and quality of a product,
- improvement of production process,
- analyzes the results to the control statements and taking corrective action,
- reporting to headquarters,
