I'm looking job as a second chef, full time, weekly pay please..
I have experience as a commis chef and chef,
I have experience to assistance to the head chef, preparation of vegetables &saucea, service starters and desert, general day to day cleaning duties.
I can cook: sushi, full english breakfast (bufet too for 40/60person as well double,all day etc),coddle eggs,porridge, staff food (spagethi, rice etc, dolphins potatoes etc, peperonata, mushroom souce, pie),mushroom risotto,fish rissotto, pizza, squid(meditaren, orielntal),duck spring rolls, lasagne, scotch eggs, benedict, see bass(flour),salmon(fry, poached, smoked-whisky),smoked haddock kedeggree,fiskcake,salad(cesar salad,greek,betrood etc with dressing-french,vinegret,aioli,),steak, gravy (natural, water, red whine),holand souce,bernaise,beshamel,bbq. beef stroganof,chicken kiev, etc,soup -califlower,brocolii,mussels,sandwiches, burger ,chicken burger etc.
