So far I had an opportunity of working in the field of geological engineering for a total period of over half an year. My main area of work were field researches such as drillings, CPT tests and piston coring. Last summer I had a three months long internship in a Civil Engineering company. I have participated in the process of constructing a multi-family residential commercial building. I am eager to combine my knowledge in the fields of geological and civil engineering that I have already acquired.
The nature of my degree course has prepared me for different positions related with engineering. It involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I have a strong can-do spirit and a high sense of responsibility. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. Moreover, working in geological engineering taught me to work on long shifts and in drive-in drive-out work scheme.
