From December 1999 I'm a Linux Administrator, on the beginning I've had my server running SuSE 6.3, it's role was mainly routing and ipchains firewall with NAT multiple
internal LAN users to the Internet. Through years I've been learning a lot, gain experience, skills and abilities. When I was leaving Nitroerg S. A. company, I was at position of
IT Team Leader and I've had move on with my interests and appetite for knowledge and integration of networking, linux systems, databases and applications.
As soon as Nitroerg gave me lots of freedom in projects planning, implementing, testing and making them productions, the scale of this projects started to seems too small for me.
From 2009 I've also had an own business - local ISP and Linux Clustering based on Heartbeat, Pacemaker, DRBD, HaProxy and other opensource tools. Untill now I'm hosting www.in-the-box.pl, www.citu.pl sites with e-mail servers. And so I've started to work as a Network IT Engineer in Wasko S. A. I've participated in multiple projects of larger scaled projects, as a Network Engineer.
I've gained a lot of skills in FortiNet firewalls (I'm FCNSP Certified with experience of implementation and clustering - ITS Wrocław, Polish Presidency), Cisco 3750, IE3000, 4900M (experienced in ITS Wrocław), Juniper SRX100 - SRX1400, EX2200, EX4200, AX411 (Police Headquarters of Malopolska Voivodeship), Barracuda, F5 LTM, PaloAltos, Flex-10.
A lot of IP protocol, L2/L3 switching, dynamic routing and much more.
